  • Director/President – Principal in Charge

  • Alex is the Founder and Director/President of Madonna Engineering Inc. He has an unparalleled passion for solving complex problems and providing high quality customer service. With over 20 years of experience, Alex is an expert in building mechanical systems. In 2003 Alex started MEI where he delivered mechanical engineering services to a variety of clients. Today MEI is a multidisciplinary firm offering a full suite of building engineering services to a vast client list. Alex enjoys taking on new challenges and believes meeting the client’s needs is paramount to the success of any project. With this in mind Alex approaches all projects with the client and end-users in clear focus. This client-centered approach forms the foundation of the culture at MEI.

    Interests: Alex enjoys reading about current events, cycling, travelling and spending time with his family.

  • Account Manager

  • Alice has been with MEI since 2008. As manager of the accounts department she is responsible for invoicing, payroll, preparing financial statements, benefit administration, government remittance and much more. Her attention to detail and commitment to her work is an unmeasurable asset to the firm.

    Interests: When Alice is not at work she enjoys spending time with friends and family watching movies and documentaries.

  • Ella joined MEI in 2015 as our Senior CAD Technician and head of the CAD team. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to our team. Her focus and attention to detail is exceptional. Ella also possesses a knack for finding creative solutions that save time and resources. Her ability to turn projects around is incomparable.

    Interests: In her time off Ella prefers to share the days with friends and family, travelling and reading.

  • Mechanical Designer

  • Ravi has been with MEI since its early years and has continued to be a hardworking and reliable team member. He is an expert mechanical designer with a long and solid record of successful projects. Ravi applies a proven mantra of “keep it simple” to all the projects he leads. This results in cost effective solutions and satisfied clients. Ravi has experience in a variety of building types including hospitality, commercial, residential, institutional and industrial from new construction to renovation projects.

    Interests: In his free time Ravi likes to pursue his interests in home renovations, personal management, and financial activities. He also enjoys reading and playing strategic games.
